Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you today to share the mission of our organization and the impactful work we are doing to help and equip pastors and churches in the USA and around the world.

In June, we had the privilege of hosting a pastor from Germany along with his wife for a five-week study on vision and strategy aspects of their work in Germany. Additionally, we welcomed a family from England for three weeks, who were involved in serving in small groups in their community. These interactions allowed us to exchange valuable insights and strengthen our global network of church leaders.

On June 9th I served with both preaching and singing at the Peachtree Baptist Church in Murphy, NC where Noah Crowe is the pastor.

June brings our annual meeting of the board. On June 10 we had dinner, a blessed time with the ETM Board and their families. We also invited the pastors from First Baptist Church in Robbinsville. After dinner, Colin and I presented a seminar on: What is the church and what is the role of the church in today's society? On the 11th we had the meeting of the ETM board regarding the purpose and vision of the organization. We had a blessed and productive time through the decisions that were made regarding the vision and strategy that we will implement both nationally and internationally for the equipping and revitalization of pastors, elders, workers and implicitly the churches.

Ethan met four times with the Albanian cohort for the Models for Disciple-Makers, going through models G, H, and I. The response has been encouraging, and we are hopeful to have a disciple-making team in Albania soon. He continued Ordination Training with two men, going through the Gospel of John and the book of Acts together. Additionally, he has been coordinating with mowers, an electrician, an air conditioning company, and a gravel company to maintain the property during the summer months. Ethan also preached at Robbinsville First Baptist Church to close out the month of June, covering Romans 7:13-25. He has continued to lead the RFBC youth group, meeting weekly during the summer, and organizing events.

Colin suffered a bout with Covid resulting in 10 days of isolation, and, by God's grace, only visiting immediate family members were infected while staff and guests were spared. He continued his advisement and encouragement ministries by phone. His inquiries into the general malaise of evangelical churches and the collapse of Christian culture worldwide is a constant challenge to ETM members and trainees.

Looking ahead, we are eager to expand our reach and impact. With your support, we hope to organize and enhance discipleship and training initiatives in Macedonia and Greece. By fulfilling the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28:18-20, we aim to empower pastors, elders, and workers to revitalize churches both nationally and internationally.

We rely on the generosity and prayers of individuals like you to continue our mission effectively. If you feel called to be a part of our work, you can contribute to our project account to help fund these vital efforts.

Our commitment to serving and empowering church leaders extends beyond physical borders. Through online platforms and personalized support, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our global community. If you would like more information or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your unwavering support of God's work and for considering partnering with us on this journey. Together, we can make a lasting impact on churches and communities around the world.

With gratitude and blessings,
